Orders ship within 5 business days of the time of order. Slight exceptions are possible during sale periods and peak season (Nov - Jan).

For standard orders shipping is calculated by weight and is reflected at check out. Shipping on standard orders over $75 is free. Orders are fulfilled via FedEx ground services.
- All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email. Large orders shipped via freight are an exception.
- Orders of $500+ or 30+ beverage packs may have longer lead times, transit times (freight shipping), and less tracking visibility.
- If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
- Products purchased here on our direct-to-consumer website are not to be resold. Hi-Waves reserves the right to cancel shipments and/or withdraw our standard return policy on orders that intend to engage in resale (or otherwise violate our terms of service). Businesses interested in a wholesale account should go through our B2B sales channels to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. For wholesale inquiries contact orders@hi-waves.com.
- Hi-Waves only sells and ships Delta-9 products to those states where direct-to-consumer sale is legally allowed. For more information on restrictions in your state, please visit our state-specific restrictions page.
