State Level Restrictions

HiWaves products are federally legal hemp goods, containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. However, some states have their own regulations on our products. All HiWaves products contain only Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC.

Alabama: Alabama's House Bill 445 (HB 445) activated sweeping restrictions on consumable hemp products, impacting our ability to ship to the state.

California: California has temporary regulations in place (DPH-24-005 / DPH-24-005E) limiting what THC products can be shipped into the state. These regulations prevent our products from shipping to California.

Colorado: Colorado's current regulations restrict us from shipping THC items to the state unless they contain a CBD-to-THC ratio of at least 15:1 and THC per serving under 1.75mg. This excludes us from shipping to Colorado.

Louisianna: LA Act 752 restricts us from shipping to Louisianna.
